Google Analytics 4 (GA4): This site uses GA4 to measure traffic and conversion events. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and form submission events. GA4 uses cookies. You may opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We have IP anonymization enabled.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of our business relationship and any applicable regulatory retention requirements (7 years for real estate transaction records under BC law).
